95 points Charles Curtis MW (Decanter): "The lovely 2022 Suchots from Domaine de l'Arlot is complex and nuanced, with a sweet, silky curranty fruit and plenty of depth from mint, black tea, and earth notes. The texture is fresh and lively, with good acidity and firm tannins. The grapes come from a 0.85-hectare parcel in the upper portion of the vineyard; they are destemmed and gently fermented on native yeasts before ageing in cask (40% new). This wine will benefit from a couple of years in the bottle before opening. Drinking Window: 2028-2055. (Nov 2023)"

95 points Stuart Pigott (JamesSuckling.com): "An extremely elegant Vosne-Romanee 1er cru with the finesse and gracefulness we expect from this appellation. I love the floral delicacy and the summer-morning freshness of this beauty. I love the way the texture transforms from silkiness to velvet as the wine flows over your palate. And there’s a wonderful tension in the finish that makes it linger very long. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold. (7/24/24)"

93-95 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2022 Vosne-Romanée Les Suchots 1er Cru, matured in 40% new oak, is intense on the nose, opulent yet controlled with mainly red berry fruit, allspice and rose petal scents, just a hint of black olive emerging with time. Very well-defined. The medium-bodied palate comes armed with a voluptuous entry, almost viscous in texture, intense yet delineated with a gradual build to its sweet and detailed finish. This will require four to five years to open for business, but it is certainly a "serious" Les Suchots with a wonderful spicy edge. Drink: 2028-2050. (Jan 2024)"

92-95 points Jasper Morris (Inside Burgundy): "A crimson to purple colour. The bouquet has refinement along with a sense of structure. The bouquet builds steadily to show a high-class red berry fruit, alpine strawberries. Very complete across the palate with an excellent tensile strength, and a very nicely constructed finish. Nothing too soft here. The strawberries return in full force after the refined tannins. Drink from 2030-2038. Tasted: October 2023."

94 points Christy Canterbury MW (TimAtkin.com): "Very Vosne on the nose, vibrant red cherries and blueberries are laced with scents of dried lavender and savory salts. Yet, there is real power in the mid-palate that is herded by pinpoint-fine tannins and racy acidity. Godot has a light touch here that keeps this elegant. Even the 40% new oak doesn't really show through. (2024)"
