96-98 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2022 Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru was picked on the final day of harvest with the Les Suchots. It matured in 40% new oak like the Premier Crus, two of the five barrels. It has a powerful bouquet like the aforementioned Premier Cru, with layers of ripe red fruit, violets and blood orange. There is some reduction here, but that will disappear by bottling. The palate is velvety smooth on the entry with impressive depth and gentle grip. It has enthralling purity of fruit, intense to the point where you can almost overlook the filigree tannins. It fans out beautifully on the lingering finish, a Romanée-Saint-Vivant to the top drawer. Drink: 2028-2060. (Jan 2024)"

96 points Stuart Pigott (JamesSuckling.com): "The bouquet of this beautiful Romanee-St.-Vivant is like a cloud of red fruit and summer flowers. Then you descend into the wonderful velvet of the palate that’s wrapped around a firm structure that should give it decades of life. Very long finish, where the fine tannins give this great textural complexity. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold. (7/24/24)"

94-96 points Jasper Morris (Inside Burgundy): "A fine full ruby to purple. The bouquet has, as it should have, noticeably more density than the Suchots. Still an absolute baby, the concentrated red fruit builds from a gentle start to suffuse the second half of the palate. Not over demonstrative, but I can see how this will continue to grow from here. This is currently sleeping but full of potential. Drink from 2032-2040. Tasted: October 2023."

95 points Charles Curtis MW (Decanter): "The 2022 RSV from Domaine de l'Arlot has enough generous plummy fruit to open reasonably young. There is a good depth of flavour, with notes of earth, smoke, and game adding complexity. The texture is surprisingly substantial and profound, with an enjoyable lingering finish. This wine seems richer and more impactful than many bottlings from this site. The grapes come from a quarter of a hectare up the slope from the Dujac holding. The grapes are mostly destemmed before fermentation and ageing in cask (half new). Drinking Window: 2030-2065. (Nov 2023)"

95 points Christy Canterbury MW (TimAtkin.com): "Géraldine Godot was grateful here for the 25% bump in yields in 2022 after the small 2021 and even smaller 2020 vintage. This wine has a radiance akin what some call 'God light', those illuminating but hazy rays that cut through the darkness of an old church. The exotic nose of strawberry preserves and crushed blackberries is tinged with cracked kindling twigs, turned earth and dried mushrooms. The dense palate is lifted by resounding acidity while gentle tannins comb the cheeks. Leather scents lace into the finish. Sheer class. (2024)"
