Producer notes: "The Côte de Nuits Villages appellation covers 170 hectares of vines in five villages: Fixin, Bronchon, Prémeaux, Comblanchien and Corgoloin. "Clos du Chapeau", located in the village of Comblanchien, is a plot that is shaped like a hat, which is said to have given it its name. The nose is pure, precise and fresh, with a bouquet of blackcurrants, red cherries and strawberries. The palate is juicy, energetic and crisp. Expressive, dense and fleshy, this is a wine that seduces with its accessibility."
