94 points James Suckling: "This is a wild and fragrant red showing notes of dried flowers, moss, orange pith and red berry fruit. It’s medium-bodied, juicy and very fresh, with a tight and firm tannin frame that carries it a long way. This will last. Drink or hold. (2/1/24)"

90 points Le Guide des Meilleurs Vins de France 2024 (La Revue du Vin de France): "The estate's emblematic cuvée continues on its way, respecting the classic Morgon codes, with its intense black fruit, acidic structure and lush finish. Unaffected by the power of the vintage, this Gamay delights with its balance. A cuvée that makes you love Beaujolais. (2024)"

90 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "I was given two examples to taste, without specifying which had been sulphured and which had not.. The first was mid purple, pure and stylish welcoming deep red fruit still Morgon but effortless. Tiny bit of breadsticks long and pure. Correctly identified as the unsulphured version. The other had a fractionally lighter colour, a less aromatic nose and seems to have less intensity but greater length. It is a really pretty wine with impeccable balance, but I could not help having a sneaking preference for the unsulphured version. Drink from 2024-2028. Tasted: February 2024."
