95+ points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2020 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Les Murgers des Dents de Chien is one of the highlights of the range this year. Unwinding in the glass with aromas of pear, crisp green apple, lime, orange oil, nutmeg and bread dough, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and concentrated, with a seamless, complete profile and a long, saline finish. The vines in this parcel, like those in the Clos de la Chatenière, suffer from leaf roll virus, which results in elevated levels of concentration. Drink: 2027-2050. (Jan 2023)"

93 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "The most developed colour, a light primrose, but thereafter this is one of the less accessible wines. It displays significant concentration of fruit on the nose, if backward. Still waiting for this to show its paces but I do enjoy the mineral backbone. Evenly balanced weight and good tension. (May 2024)"

93 points/'Outstanding,' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "A hint of matchstick character is present on the elegant, ripe and airy aromas of citrus, wet stone, green apple and white floral scents. Once again there is excellent intensity and to the middleweight flavors that possess terrific mid-palate concentration along with the hallmark minerality, all wrapped in a hugely long and surprisingly powerful finish. This is first-rate and very much worthy of your interest. Drink: 2030+. (Jun 2023)"
