93 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "I was taken by this from barrel, so it was a chance to revisit the wine in bottle. It showcases Olivier Lamy’s brilliance. Much more tensile than you would expect from a warm vintage, this bursts from the glass with freshly-sliced Conference pear, crushed limestone and oyster shell scents. Say what you like about Burgundy, but no other region delivers aromatics like this. The palate is brilliantly defined with poise and a sense of electricity that keeps drawing you back for another sip. And this is not even the Haut-Densité incarnation! Drink: 2023-2045. (Apr 2023)"
90-93 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Mingling aromas of pear and mandarin with hints of buttered toast and hazelnuts, Lamy's 2019 Puligny-Montrachet Les Tremblots is medium to full-bodied, layered and concentrated, with tangy acids and a tightly wound, incisive profile. Concluding with a saline finish, this is well worth seeking out. (1/14/21)"
Bill Nanson (Burgundy Report): "(A blend of 40 year-old and 70 year-old fruit – more 40… Not racked as the malo finished late) Reductive but complex. Such vibrant energy but thats partly the retained gas. Long, a fine direct line of laser-like finishing flavour – it will be great. (12/24/20)"
