This is from a high-density plantation with the equivalent to 30,000 vines per ha, giving an extraordinary intensity. On the palate, rich and very intense – offering much more depth than the regular Les Tremblots. It’s intense, deep and long with impressive focus and expression of the Puligny terroir. Would go for Turbot with a rich sauce … sauce Hollandaise or Mousseline. It deserves it .. as do you. I have to say, this could well be my favourite wine chez Lamy. Drink from 2032. (1/26/26)"
