More lemon than lime in colour, with a much riper bouquet, including some yellow fruit. This is more in the juicy style rather than chiselled with nonetheless a fine acidity behind. Slightly saline, the Concis des Champs certainly makes one salivate. Fine persistence, I like this more this year than sometimes in the past. In fact, this may be Olivier’s best Concis des Champs in bottle to date. (Nov 2023)"

More depth here, muscular but really attractive. I love this in the mouth – cool, full, sensual, textural. A larger wine but completely delicious, classy wine – with salinity & concentration too.
