92 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The new release of Aurélien Laherte’s “Ultradition” non-vintage Extra Brut is crafted from a blend of sixty percent pinot meunier, thirty percent chardonnay. The vins clairs were partially barrel-fermented and raised in both foudres and Burgundy casks, with part of the still wines also not going through malolactic fermentation. It includes forty percent reserve wines and was disgorged in January of 2024 and finished with a dosage of 4.5 grams per liter. The wine delivers a beautiful bouquet of white peach, apple, lovely, delicate meunier floral tones, bread dough, chalky soil elements and incipient smokiness in the upper register. On the palate the wine is bright, snappy and full-bodied, with good depth at the core, fine soil undertow, elegant mousse and a long, precise and complex, well balanced finish. This is a very good bottle of Extra Brut. 2025-2045+. (Mar/Apr 2025)"
91 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Disgorged in spring 2020 with 4.5 grams per liter, the latest rendition of the NV Extra-Brut Ultradition offers up aromas of citrus zest, pear, fresh bread, white flowers and almonds. Medium to full-bodied, ample and chiseled, it's long and concentrated, concluding with a saline finish. In this cuvée, domaine fruit is supplemented by some 40% purchased must. Drink: 2021-2029. (9/23/21)"
91 points James Suckling: "Cloves and dried flower stems with lemon rind, chamomile and green apples. Medium-bodied with lovely fruit and a creamy texture. Delicious finish. 60% pinot meunier, 30% chardonnay and 10% pinot noir. Dosage 4,5g/L. Disgorged in February 2022. Drink now. (6/30/22)"
