It offers all the brightness that is typical of the house style, yet it also has more than enough of the mid-palate creaminess and texture that is so elusive in 2021. Producer notes: "From parcels planted in 1960, 1965 and 1987 in Vertus and Voipreux in the Côte des Blancs. 'Craie' refers to the chalk of these terroirs. Fermentation takes place in small barrels with some batonnage; full malolactic. No added sulfur. Zero dosage."
