94 points La Revue du Vin de France: "The Violaine cuvée is splendid, but it takes on an extra dimension thanks to the depth of the 2019 vintage. (2026)"
50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay, from vines planted in 1989 and 1990. 50% from 'Les Argentières' (Tauxières) and 50% from 'les Monts des Tours' (Bouzy). No sulfites added. Bottled without filtration. No Dosage. 150 cases produced. Beautiful aromas of red fruits, violets, evolving onto toasted sesame, with hints of dried orange peel. The palate is classy, fresh, slender, long and silky, with the inimitable "looseness" of SO2-free wines, while retaining astonishing precision.
