90-92 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2020 Meursault Village comes from three parcels in the appellation. It has a lovely nose, well defined with touches of orange pith, citrus fruit and a touch of white flowers. The palate is lively on the entry, spicier than I was expecting with touches of ginger and lemongrass. Vibrant on the finish with a saline aftertaste. Delicious. Drink: 2024-2038. (Dec 2021)"

90+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2020 Meursault villages from Domaine Lafarge is also a lovely bottle in the making. The nose wafts from the glass in a vibrant blend of apple, pear, almond, chalky soil tones, dried flowers and a discreet framing of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and pure, with a lovely core of fruit, snappy acids and lovely focus and grip on the long and nascently complex finish. This will be a fine bottle with just a bit of bottle age. 2025-2045. (Nov/Dec 2021)"
