89+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The Lafarge family has made one of the finest examples of Bourgogne rouge in all of Burgundy since at least I have been visiting the region, and probably for a generation or two before that! Their 2021 version is quite red fruity in personality this year, offering up a complex bouquet of cherries, strawberries, a lovely base of soil, woodsmoke and a touch of sweet stem tones in the upper register. On the palate the wine is bright, pure and fullish, with lovely transparency, a good core of red fruit, modest tannins and a long, vibrant finish that closes with lovely lift. 2026-2040.
