92+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "The 2016 Clos des Aigrots Blanc chez Lafarge has really turned out beautifully, with depth, purity and fine soil signature evident in both the nose and palate. The nose delivers a fine combination of white peach, pear, chalky minerality, bee pollen, orange blossoms and a touch of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, crisp and focused, with lovely mineral drive, a fine core, bright, zesty acids and excellent balance on the long, complex and very refined finish. Fine, fine juice. 2020-2040. (Nov/Dec 2017)"

89-92 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(note that in 2013 the name was changed from Les Aigrots to Clos des Aigrots; there are only 4 owners that have the right to use the designation Clos here). This is compositionally similar to the Meursault though with a much more prominent floral component. There is better intensity to the much more mineral-driven flavors that possess a lovely sense of underlying tension on the saline and beautifully persistent finish. This should be lovely. Drink: 2023+. (Jun 2018)"

88-92 points Fine Wine Review: "Here we have a floral nose. The mouth is more shy than that of the Meursault, but there is nice acidity and good finesse and length to this wine. It should provide plenty of enjoyment. (Oct 2017)"

91 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "Despite escaping the frost, there was still only a small crop here. Pale in colour, with a very pretty nose, this is elegant, fine, persistent and very classy."

91 points Tim Atkin, MW (Jan 2017).
