Like the Vaillons, there is an interesting whiff of white pepper to the floral, white orchard fruit and a range of classic Chablis characters. Once again there is a lovely texture to the bigger and more concentrated medium-bodied flavors that exhibit a subtle minerality on the bitter lemon-inflected finale.
