The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. A Chablis that is cool, calm and collected, displaying fine harmony and precision toward the persistent finish. Superb. Drink: 2023-2038. Here the nose is riper still with a whiff of exoticism to the aromas of pear compote combining with attractive notes of shellfish and sea breeze. There is excellent volume and mid-palate density to the fleshy and saline larger-scaled flavors that terminate in an agreeably dry and impressively long finale. This should be excellent in time.
