The white Penteskoufi is a blend of Roditi and Savvatiano complex vineyard (field blend) aged 30 years, biodynamically cultivated and produced in very small quantities and with mild natural vinification and indigenous yeasts. Tropical nose, candied pineapple with wonderfully soft mouth and excellent concentration. Rich and mature without being at all "hot", with absolute harmony of richness and freshness. A wine with exceptional depth and crystal clear expression in the nose and mouth.
