94-96 points Anne Krebiehl, MW (Vinous): "The 2023 Riesling Pfaffenberg Selektion is picked across the appellation border in Kremstal, on a south-facing site of amphibolite and paragneiss. Subtle reduction is wrapped around Navel orange savor. The palate is juicy, smooth, still alive with lees and a mellower notion that reminds of ripe, creamy apricot flesh. The finish, however, is of lasting ripe orange and clementine zest. Delicious. (Bone-dry) Drink: 2028-2053. (Jul 2024)"
