Creamy textured and juicy but very fine and elegant on the palate, this is a full-bodied, clear and fresh Riesling with a long and firmly structured, slightly tannic finish. The Pfaffenberg is powerful and astringent right now, but it has a long life ahead. Tasted in Unterloiben/Wachau, September 2018. Drink: 2022-2037. (12/28/18)"
