The nose shows a touch of reduction before ripe green and yellow pear emerge, followed by a hint of yeast and pepper. On the palate, a wonderfully serene, smooth, compact body is complemented by lovely texture and balance. Equanimity, understatement, freshness and smoothness are key. Drink: 2026-2040. (May 2025)"
