This 10 year old single cask, bottled exclusively for Impex Beverages, was matured for over 8 years in a Bourbon barrel then finished in a Marsala Cask for 18 months. The unique maturation of this single cask given it layers of rich spices and the ripe fruits which balance beautifully with the citrus sweetness and peat smoke of Kilchoman.
