96+ points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "The 2023 Pinot Noir Shea Vineyard, from the eastern hillside of this expansive site, pours a vibrant ruby hue and offers a stunning bouquet of wild raspberries, blue flowers, violets, rocky earth, and tea leaves. Medium-bodied, with a mineral texture and an expansive feel, it’s one of the best Shea Vineyards I have tasted for this report. Long and elegant, this will drink beautifully over the next 15 years. (Aug 2025)"

96 points International Wine Report: "The 2023 Ken Wright Cellars Shea Vineyard Pinot Noir displays a radiant ruby core that immediately catches the eye. From its hillside blocks, the wine unfurls striking aromas of red currants, crushed blueberries, lavender, and hints of wet stone layered with subtle mushroom notes. The palate is supple yet defined, carrying flavors of ripe cherry, rose petal, and savory herbs that glide with a sense of precision and lift. A fine mineral thread runs through the mid-palate, giving depth and brightness, while the tannins remain sleek and supportive rather than forceful. Medium in body yet layered with complexity, it delivers a finish that lingers with poise and quiet power. A beautiful pairing would be wild mushroom risotto topped with shaved truffle - a match made in heaven. Highly recommended and editor’s choice. Drink 2025-2035 (Jun 2025)"

94 points/'#37 Top 100 Wines of 2025' Wine Spectator: "Precise and detailed, with a slightly brooding core that propels its dark cherry and raspberry flavors, which are accented by blood orange and spiced tea tones as this gathers tension and tannins on the finish. Drink now through 2035. (Sep 2025)"

94 points/'Editors' Choice' Wine Enthusiast: "If you have ever traipsed around a wetland area, you may know the sweet-scented joy of the pink-hued swamp rose. Imagine your favorite garden rose's scent multiplied by ten. This is the first wine I've ever associated with that lovely perfume. Additional aromas of dark raspberries and red figs lead to flavors of red raspberries, cranberries, dried blueberries and lemon zest. All that fruit is ably backed by bright acidity and tannins with a mild grip. (Dec 2025)"
