19/20 points Julia Harding, MW (JancisRobinson.com): "Approximately 7% abv and TA 13 g/l. Picked at 300 Oechsle on 16 October. 100% botrytised fruit – sorted over three days. Finished fermentation early Feb, in three glass demijohns. 75 litres total production. Cask sample.Cloudy pale gold. Seductive richness of apricot and baked apple. So viscous it is physically difficult to spit. Outstanding fruit purity, viscous and yet super-pure. Bitter orange and apricot and intense. Incredibly sweet but incredibly fresh. A very very sweet beauty, viscous but not cloying. Riesling nectar. Drinking Window: 2025-2050. (2/29/20)"
