This wine spends 19 months in 55% new French oak barrels. Aromas of red currants, ripe muddled strawberries and desert sage are framed with a mineral intensity of crushed basalt—plush on the mouth with more concentrated red fruits with plenty of savoury spice. There's ample structure and lift that balance things out nicely. This wine is a baby and should be aged for five to eight years before it really begins to show its potential. Drinking Window: 2025-2033. (Jan 2025)"
