Ixsir Altitudes Rosé 2020

Ixsir derives its name from the Arabic word "Iksir" which means "Elixir." This all sustainably farmed producer works with some of the best and highest altitude vineyards in Lebanon. A broad variety of growers are used to source top varietals to create these "elixirs." The "Altitude" Rosé is a blend of Cinsault, Syrah and Caladoc made in a Provencal style. All the fruit comes from clay-limestone soils from vineyards ranging 400m to 1800m. It is lightly colored, crisp and beautifully fruited.
