99 points Lisa Perrotti-Brown (The Wine Independent): "Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2019 Morgan's Way Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon bursts with flamboyant notes of black cherries, blackcurrant preserves, and blackberry pie with nuances of Chinese five spice, spearmint, and cast-iron pan. The full-bodied palate is tightly wound with firm, perfectly ripe, fine-grained tannins and fantastic tension supporting the muscular bright black and red fruits, finishing long and minerally. Alcohol 15.5%. Drink: 2029-2079. (11/30/23)"

98 points Jonathan Cristaldi (Decanter): "Luminous ruby-colour. Fresh raspberry and cranberry aromas are layered with spearmint, sagebrush and chocolate notes. Beautifully complete and complex, infused throughout with a dynamic energy powered by grippy acidity, which brings freshness and lift to the decadent, plush red and emerging black-fruit character. The finish is insanely long, driven by pure crushed rock minerals, and the entire wine is framed by perfect beams of firm tannins, resolving with notes of sweet herbs and blood orange. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from Hundred Acre’s estate 3.6 hectare Morgan’s Way vineyard (formerly Kayli Morgan), situated north of St. Helena, on the eastern side of Silverado Trail, south of Bale Lane, at the base of Howell Mountain. The vineyard is named after owner-winemaker Jayson Woodbridge’s daughter, Morgan. The wine ages a minimum of 30 months in French oak barriques. Drinking Window: 2024-2045.l (9/11/23)"

97+ points Joe Czerwinski (Wine Advocate): "From the 2019 vintage, Kayli Morgan will transition to being called Morgan's Way, although the vineyard sourcing remains the same. The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Morgan's Way delivers waves of ripe cherry, Madagascar vanilla and cigar box aromas, while the full-bodied palate is velvety and taut at the same time, that tension providing great liveliness and length on the mouthwatering finish. Drink: 2025-2045. (May 2023)"

97 points Jeb Dunnuck: "The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Morgan's Way comes from old volcanic and clay soils (there's some obsidian as well), and it reminded me of great vintage of Le Pin from Pomerol with its exotic, sexy, full-bodied, incredibly gorgeous profile. Offering ripe red and black fruits, spicy oak, vanilla, lead pencil, and tobacco-like aromas and flavors, it's impossible to resist today, but this has 20 years of life ahead of it as well. It's a classic, brilliantly done 2019. Drink: 2023-2043. (12/26/23)"

Exhibiting great richness and texture, with an extraordinary bouquet of cassis, plum, mocha, tobacco and truffle. Superripe, opulent fruit flavors mirror the lush, layered bouquet. The Kayli Morgan vineyard has provided us with a blockbuster Cab that can be enjoyed now or aged.
