Citrus is the key theme here – lemon and grapefruit – with the crunch of beurre bosc pear and the tang of strawberry hull. It floats out of the glass with very pretty, ripe citrus notes accented by lemon blossom and acacia honey, then illuminates the medium-bodied palate with bright and assertive acidity, precision red fruit concentration and a long, creamy finish with a pleasant chalky grip.
