Rapt with aromatic tension, the nose reveals oxidative toasty notes alongside fresh Mirabelle plum, spiced apple compote, and raw almonds then leads to a medium to full-bodied palate full of crushed cherries and poached pear bathed in stimulating acidity. Medium-bodied, it fills the palate with its broader shoulders, but it retains its refined definition and has a clean finish that slowly tapers.
