94 points Sarah Mayo (The Wine Independent): "Noce de Craie Grand Cru 2019 is a 100% Pinot Noir from Aÿ with an Extra Brut four gram per liter dosage. Rapt with aromatic tension, the nose reveals oxidative toasty notes alongside fresh Mirabelle plum, spiced apple compote, and raw almonds then leads to a medium to full-bodied palate full of crushed cherries and poached pear bathed in stimulating acidity. Salinity and a twist of lemon peel define the finish and leave you thirsty for more. Disgorged March 2021 with a four gram per liter dosage. Alcohol 12.5%. Drink: 2023-2035. (11/8/23)"
93 points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "All from Aÿ, the medium yellow 2019 Champagne Grand Cru Blanc De Noirs Noces De Craie reveals a more layered profile on the nose, with more brioche notes coming through, as well as ripe cherries, grapefruit, and a hint of almond. Medium-bodied, it fills the palate with its broader shoulders, but it retains its refined definition and has a clean finish that slowly tapers. Drink this highly enjoyable wine over the coming 15 or so years. Drink: 2024-2040. (12/20/24)"
