The bouquet is precise and complex, offering up a vibrant blend of lime, tangerine, a touch of white cherry, mint, cress, bee pollen, violets, lavender and a gorgeous foundation of slate. On the palate the wine is medium-full, complex and zesty, with lovely intensity of flavor, fine focus and cut, buried acids and a long, seamlessly balanced and absolutely delicious long finish.
