Its technical details are 7.5 percent alcohol, 10.7 grams of acidity and eighty-three grams of residual sugar. The wine is beautifully refined and elegant on the nose, offering up scents of pear, white cherry, mint, a hint of mossiness, lime zest, honeycomb, orange blossoms and lilacs. On the palate the wine is medium-full, precise and complex, with lovely depth at the core, bright, zesty acids, impeccable focus and balance and a long, vibrant and complex finish.
