It hails from a sub-parcel called Rossel, which is within the Klamm Grosse Lage, on a site of porphyry and shale. It was made half in stainless steel and half in wood. The shy nose gives subtle creaminess. The palate brings vivid smoothness, holding a touch of pine resin that verges into orange zest.
