From the winery's steepest vineyard, this is a very delicate, elegant, and incredibly fresh wine. Aromas of citrus fruits like Amalfi lemon and tangerine dominate the flavor. The fine sweetness accentuates the harmonious acidity, giving the wine both a certain juiciness and a powerful freshness, along with the typical mineral spiciness of the volcanic soil.
