94 points Christina Pickard (Wine Enthusiast): "A complex and expertly made English bubbly from one of the nation's top estates, this opens with some struck match reduction. It adds to (rather than detracts from) the aromatic medley of toasted nut, citrus, melon rind and crushed rock. A laser beam of lemony acidity shines bright on the textural palate, and a fine, vigorous fizz seems to prickle the tongue for a full minute. (12/31/23)."

91 points Anne Krebiehl, MW (Vinous): "The 2019 Brut Blanc de Noirs, a blend of 75% Pinot Noir, 14% Chardonnay and 11% Pinot Meunier (labeled Blanc de Noirs despite the Chardonnay addition), features fruit sourced from West Sussex and Kent. It underwent fermentation partly in oak but mostly in stainless steel, followed by 31 months on lees. Lemon and tart red apple open up on the nose with bright freshness. The body is slightly rounded and brisk, with fine bubbles en route to creaminess. Lively, tart red apple freshness defines the palate and finish. Disgorged: July 2024. Drink 2025-2030. (Feb 2025)."

90 points Ian D’Agata (Terroir Sense): "Golden-tinged straw colour. Apple, pear and apricots dominate on the fruity, easygoing nose. Puff pastry and sweet spices stick out on the rounded, well-balanced mouthfeel (9.3 g/L total acidity and 9 g/L r.s.). This nicely approachable sparkler persists nicely on the close. This blend of 62% Chardonnay, 28% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Meunier grown in Kent (clay-sandy soils) and West Sussex (chalk and flinty-loam soils) fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with a small percentage fermented in old oak barrels for added complexity. Drinking window: 2024-2028. (Apr 2024)."
