It’s silky and soothing upon the palate, with mineral-tinged black fruits and inner violet florals that form toward the close. This finishes with a crunchy tannic grip, as residual acids maintain a marvelous fresh character. While the Gricos is usually intended for more near-term appeal, I can’t help but believe that the 2020 would benefit from a number of years in the cellar. Drink: 2023-2030. (Sep 2022)"
