It feels barely medium-bodied, but there's an abundance of substance and blood orange freshness right through the very long, crisp and intensely minerally finish. From 80-year-old vines. From biodynamically grown grapes. Bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur addition. Drinkable now, but best from 2025."
