91 points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "A straw color with a very light peach tinge, the 2024 Etna Rosato would honestly pass for a white wine, no problem on sight. In the glass, it reveals notes of white peach, roses, fresh flowers, and salty earth. Medium-bodied, it’s refreshing and chalky, with a linear drive, a pithy texture, and a clean feel throughout. It was raised without oak in stainless steel. Drink 2025-2032. (Oct 2025)"
90 points Billy Norris (Vinous): "The 2024 Etna Rosato pours a light orange-pink color. Honeyed flowers, marzipan and orange confit build layers in the glass, motivated by a gentle push of acidity that propels through the rounded finish. This is a particularly elegant Rosato. Drink: 2025-2026. (May 2025)"
90 points James Suckling: "Crunchy and fresh with sliced-apple, flint and pear character with a hint of minerals and spices. Medium-bodied with al dente fruit and a bright finish. Drink now. (6/4/25)"
Producer notes: "Nerello Mascalese (100%). Source of fruit: on the north-eastern slopes of Etna in Passopisciaro – Castiglione di Sicilia, Province of Catania. Altitude: 600 metres above sea level. Soil types: dark brown in colour, volcanic in origin, well-drained – almost sandy in some parts, neutral pH, not calcareous, mostly very rich in iron and nitrogen. Yield: 40 hectolitres per hectare.
