Following in the footsteps of its acclaimed predecessors, most notably Batch 4 which was awarded ‘World’s Best Single Malt’ at the World Whiskies Awards 2021, we are pleased to introduce our latest release. The GlenAllachie Cask Strength Batch 8 is a marriage of whisky from Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso Sherry puncheons, along with a small quantity of Virgin Oak and Rioja casks. The resulting liquid is rich with sweet spices, tangy orange and indulgent mocha. Batch 8 is bottled at natural cask strength of 57.2%, without chill-filtration or added colour.
