94 points Audrey Frick (JebDunnuck.com): "A solid Blanc De Blancs from Gimonnet, the 2018 Champagne 1er Cru Cuis Special Club Extra Brut pours a silver straw hue and is aromatic of crushed stones, fresh flowers, green pear, tarragon, and lime. Medium-bodied, it’s elegant and finessed, with a delicate mouthfeel and a refreshing feel on the palate, with clean lift. Attractive and fresh, it is zesty but approachable. Drink: 2023-2030. 94 points Stuart Pigott (JamesSuckling.com): "A youthful and very minerally Blanc de Blancs with excellent drive and purity. Lovely white flower and lemon zest notes emerge. Long and very focused. A cuvee of 85% from the Croix Blanche and 15% from Les Roualles. Bottled on the 9th May 2019 and disgorged in April 2023. Drink or hold. (7/4/23)"

92 points Tom Hewson (Decanter): "2018's warmth and generosity prompted Didier Gimonnet to craft his first ever Special Club bottling from his home village of Cuis, a cooler, partially north-facing premier cru of the Côte des Blancs. It's a crisp, silky and pretty wine with fuzzy apricot fruit, pear blossom and creamy nut milk flavours, bright rather than tense, with both the easy-going charm of 2018 and some of the delicacy of the terroir on display. Drinking Window: 2024-2028. (3/2/24)"
