It offers more exotic aromas of honeycomb, with ripe peach and lemon custard, and the palate is a bit more open and long, while still feeling refined. This release is a blend of four lieux-dits in Oger from the 2020 and 2019 vintages, two years that work well together. White pepper, slate, chalk, mint, dried herbs and citrus peel all race out of the glass. This opens beautifully with air, showing notable textural resonance and overall presence. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: November 2022. Drink: 2024-2032. (Dec 2024)"
