91 points Wine Spectator: "Lively acidity is layered with notes of pink grapefruit sorbet, nectarine and a hint of whole grain toast in this elegant rosé Champagne. Lightly chalky on the finish. Disgorged April 2018. 830 cases made, 7 cases imported. (2021)"
91 points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "Aurélien Gerbais’ Grains de Celles” Extra Brut Rosé is made from the same cépages as the non-Rosé bottling, but with ten percent of the pinot noir portion here being still red wine, which gives it a beautiful salmon color. It is from the base year of 2018 and was disgorged in April of 2021, with a finishing dosage of three grams per liter. The bouquet is lovely, delivering scents of strawberries, blood orange, that beautiful limestone minerality, rye bread and a topnote of dried flowers. On the palate the wine is brisk, full-bodied, focused and complex, with a fine core, pinpoint bubbles, lovey focus and grip and very impressive mineral drive on the backend. Fine juice. 2022-2040. (Nov/Dec 2021)"
90 points La Revue du Vin de France: "Its rosé alter ego is dynamic and gourmand, with a bubble that seems more delicate than on previous disgorgement. (2025)"
