93 points/'Top 10 Champagnes of the Year,' Tom Hewson (Decanter): "Jean-Baptiste Geoffroy wanted the 'explosion' of the 2018 vintage (on which this wine is based) in this deep, vivacious rosé from sunny Cumières in the Grande Vallée, and he definitely found it. There's nothing shy here, with tropical fruit, poached strawberry, cranberry and orange leaping above a texture that, whilst certainly intense and grippy, retains an unlikely-seeming level of refreshment and drive, just touching on bay leaf spice and delicious bitterness without the toughness that darker Champagne rosés can sometimes suffer from. Joyous. Drinking Window: 2024-2026. (3/9/24)"
93 points James Suckling: "Such precise aromas of fresh strawberries, flinty stones and lightly toasted bread, leading to a palate that has impressive, vinous appeal and a supple, seamlessly fleshy, strawberry-flavored palate. Drink or hold. (9/2/19)"
92 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Disgorged in December 2019, the latest release of Geoffroy's NV Brut Premier Cru Rosé de Saignée is derived from the 2015 vintage. Unwinding in the glass with aromas of peonies, mandarin orange and red berries, it's full-bodied, rich and vinous, with a fleshy core of fruit, ripe acids and a gently phenolic finish. This characterful wine will be at its best at table. Drink: 2020-2025. (Mar 2021)"
92 points Wine Spectator: "[$73 list] Steeped raspberry and peach fruit flavors are up front and aromatic in this wild salmon–hued rosé, accented by hints of dried herb, rose petal, orange rind and spice. Fresh and graceful, with a fine, satiny mousse. Disgorged March 2019. Drink now through 2023. (2019)"
