94 points Matt Walls (Decanter): "Elegant, refined style of aromas, with raspberry and a touch of wild herbs. A well balanced and elegant style, with proper depth and length. It’s drinking well already, and will improve, but is very suited for drinking young. This is their main cuvée, grown only on blonde terroirs, a blend of lieux-dits Triotes, Mollard, Lancement, Combard, Bas Boucharay – so all adjacent to each other around the property. 15% whole bunch, 18 months in barriques of which 15% were new. Drinking Window: 2023-2028. (1/27/23)"
93 points Josh Raynolds (Vinous): "Dark violet color. Smoky cherry and black raspberry on the nose, along with suggestions of baking spices, violet and cracked pepper. Supple and energetic on the palate, offering appealingly sweet, spice-laced red and dark berry and floral pastille flavors that deepen through the back half. The spicy note returns on a long, juicy finish that shows fine clarity and smooth, even tannins. Drink: 2025-2034. (Dec 2022)"
**** John Livingstone-Learmonth (The Cradle of The Rhône): "shiny dark red; there’s smoky intensity with oak on the nose, a lusty opening, joli cassis fruit in the front rank. The palate sweeps along well, has nice energy, a sleek fruiting that works well, has gusto. Iron notes on the finish render it clear and ready for a second glass. This engages well, is bright. “It’s always quite straight down the line, has a bit of velvet, is moving into shape now,” Kévin Garon. 13.5°. Bottled mid-March 2022. From mid-2024. 2040-42. Apr 2022."
