95 points Luis Gutiérrez (Wine Advocate): "The 2018 Chardonnay En Billat has only 13.5% alcohol, something remarkable for a very warm year like 2018. It matured 50% in amphora and 50% in demi-muid for four years. It feels very fresh, lively and sharp, very vibrant and full of energy, with a salty finish. I find this to be an incredible En Billat, a Chardonnay from schist and marl soils that shows lots of citrus and feels young, and the time in barrel has not provoked any oxidation in the wine.
