It matured mostly in foudre and 500-liter barrels and a few months in stainless steel. It has very good acidity, citrus notes, a nice texture, and it's elegant and perfumed, with notes of orange peel and apricot, very attractive. It has fine minerality and an austere profile, with moderate 13% alcohol for a warm and dry year. Drink: 2024-2029. (Aug 2024)"
