The wine itself is gorgeous, displaying wonderful elegance and refinement, with pretty aromatics of green apple, lemon oil, crushed stones and hints of bread all taking shape. The palate is just as delightful, fresh, clean and crisp, this displays remarkable precision and with an invigorating mousse that is backed by an excellent combination of acidity and minerality. Overall, this is a wonderful and quite unique bottle of sparkling wine that is drinking beautifully today."
