Filey Bay hails from the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery, and the coastal whisky combines both pot and column still whiskies aged in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks. There here is the first release which is a vatting of only 16 casks laid down in the summer of 2016, with 6,000 bottles produced at 46% ABV. On the beautiful bottle you'll be able the distillery’s mascot, the gannet, while the engraving represents the bringing together of land and sea.
