97 points La Revue du Vin de France: "Vaudesir evokes lemon and salt. With its southern exposure, it exudes the richness of ripe grapes, while stretching out in length. (2024)"

93-95 points/'Don't miss!' Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from two separate parcels of vines, the larger of which is in the heart of the "amphitheater" from which the finest examples of Vaudésir originate; from yields of only 15 hl/ha in 2021). Cool and strikingly elegant aromas include those of quinine, white peach, spice and an abundance of classic Chablis notes. The dense yet wonderfully refined medium-weight flavors brim with dry extract on the gorgeously long, balanced and highly complex finale. This is extremely stylish and very promising. Drink: 2033+. (Oct 2022)"

94 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "The 2021 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir wafts from the glass with aromas of pear, peach, oyster shell and vine flowers. Full-bodied, pure and satiny, with a sweet and fleshy core of fruit girdled by tangy acids, it concludes with a long, orange blossom-inflected finish. Drink: 2025-2050. (9/7/23)"

94 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "The domaine owns two parcels on the left, or northern side, of the Vaudésir valley for a total of 1 ha 20. These old vines sit up slope and in the pebbles. All of these factors add up to it being one of the first harvests at the domaine. This is vibrant on the nose and rather full-bodied on the palate with its peach and cantaloup aromas highlighted by pastry crust and citrus zest. (2023)

94 points Sarah Marsh, MW (The World of Fine Wine): "Due to Vaudésir’s southerly exposure and early maturity, Fèvre normally begins the harvest here, an amphitheater on a 40º slope. Perfumed. Elegance and purity on the front palate, with no lack of intensity of fruit in the middle, but quite austere, strict, and taut under the polished veneer, before a whip lash of minerality carries the finish. Wait for it to show its true potential. 2028–35+. (Issue 79; 2023)"

92-94 points Jasper Morris MW (Inside Burgundy): "Not racked yet, some in barrel, some in tank. Clear pale colour, still with a light green tint. A fine and even quite delicate nose, early location, a touch of smoke and bacon, otherwise with a linear intensity that follows through very well. One for longer ageing. More on the apples right at the back. Drink from 2027-2034. (Jun 2022)"

92-94 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2021 Chablis Vaudésir Grand Cru comes from 1.20-hectares, the major parcel adjacent to Moutonne, on marn soils that tends to be picked earlier than others. It has a clean and precise bouquet with citrus lemon, a hint of petrichor and orange blossom - very engaging. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, quite edgy with lemon rind and a touch of mandarin, taut and linear on the finish. Nice verticality here, though I would be inclined to age this in bottle for three to four years. Drink: 2025-2042. (Sep 2022)"

93 points Andy Howard, MW (Decanter): "From a plot of 1.2 hectares, with south-facing exposition. Quite a delicate, elegant grand cru yet there is good volume on the palate, with lingering notes of subtle spices and bright acidity to keep the palate fresh. Around 50% of the blend was aged in older oak barres. This will need more time in bottle but will be a fine Vaudésir. Precise and long on the aftertaste with some precise mineral notes and a saline finish. Drinking Window: 2026-2032. (Oct 2022)"
