93-96 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "Gorgeous crystal clear pale lemon. Sunshine to the nose, in a good way. But such purity and elegance that it can handle the sunshine, stretches out to an impeccably balanced finish. The William Fèvre holding is on the sunny side of the valley, while a yield of just 35 hl/ha explains the additional intensity. Some spices at the back. (Jun 2021)"
95 points Christy Canterbury, MW (TimAtkin.com): "With a portion of the vines tucked in next to La Moutonne, which can be rather warm, Didier says this cuvée is particularly successful in cooler years. Weather aside, this is a rather crystalline, saline Vaudésir with a prism of cooler fruit flavors like yellow cherries, kiwi and melon. The zippy back palate pulls the intriguing, wool-like palate texture into the long finish. 2022-40. (2022)"
94+ points John Gilman (View From the Cellar): "Domaine Fèvre’s 2020 Vaudésir is another beautiful bottle in the making, but this is more reserved in personality out of the blocks than the Bougros and will demand a bit more cellaring before it starts to stir. The aromatic constellation is precise and minerally, offering up scents of apple, pear, lime peel, a beautiful base of chalky soil tones, dried flowers and a touch of straw in the upper register. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, focused and racy, with a rock solid core of fruit, impeccable balance and grip, lovely mineral drive and a long, focused and very promising finish. 2030-2075. (Nov/Dec 2021)"
94 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Bursting from the glass with aromas of vine blossom, orange zest, crisp white peach and honeycomb, the 2020 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir is medium to full-bodied, satiny and enveloping, with a seamless, elegantly fleshy profile and lively balancing acids. As is often the case, it's one of the more demonstrative grand cru bottlings in the range, yet its track record for longevity is impressive. Drink: 2025-2050. (Jul 2022)"
93 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(from two separate parcels of vines, the larger of which is in the heart of the "amphitheater" from which the finest examples of Vaudésir originate). A discreet dollop of wood sets off the ever-so-mildly exotic aromas of white and yellow peach, passion fruit and subtle mineral reduction wisps. There is a positively gorgeous texture to the highly refined middleweight flavors that culminate in lightly stony, focused and sneaky long finish. This could use a bit more depth though overall, it is a classic Vaudésir of lace and grace that should generously reward a decade or so of cellaring. Drink: 2030+. (Sep 2022)"
