95-98 points/'5 Star Wine,' Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "Trained high, at 2 metres, 100% whole bunches. An even ruby colour. Very classy fruit once again on the nose, albeit less evidently whole bunch. Here the fruit intensity is the absolute winner, while the wine is less floral. Fine structure behind. 13.3% here, is that the difference compared to Petits Monts, or the terroir? Outstanding. Drink from 2032-2040. Tasted: December 2023."

94-96 points William Kelley (Wine Advocate): "Felettig's 2022 Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Reignots is brilliant, bursting from the glass with aromas of wild berries, plums, licorice, peonies and Indian spices. Full-bodied, supple and seamless, with a cool, layered core of fruit that's framed by ultra-refined tannins and girdled by bright acids, it's concentrated but suave, concluding with a long, mineral finish. This gets my nod as the king of the cellar this year. (1/18/24)"



92-94 points Neal Martin (Vinous): "The 2022 Vosne-Romanée Aux Reignots 1er Cru, which also includes 100% whole bunches, has a little more complexity and nuance than the Petits-Monts, with fine mineralité and tension, sous-bois infusing the red berry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with a citrus-fresh opening, orange rind and marmalade complementing the red berry fruit with a lingering sorbet-like finish. This will require some bottle age. Excellent. 92-94 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "Like the VRPM, this too is softly wooded with its slightly cooler nose of elegant dark berry fruit and exotic tea-suffused aromas. There is a slightly finer mouthfeel to the medium weight flavors that are less powerful if more mineral-driven on the balanced, precise and chiseled finale. This tightly wound effort is very classy, indeed the word 'Zen' comes to mind. Drink: 2034+. (Jan 2024)"
