91-93 points Jasper Morris, MW (Inside Burgundy): "30% whole bunch, little grapes after frost. Dark colour with a purple edge. Quite a charming relatively floral bouquet but with underlying fruit concentration. A real burst of energy on the palate, with a bit of fresh white pepper, raspberry and roses, really very good indeed once again. Flows across the palate. Drink from 2026-2032. Tasted: December 2022."

90-93 points Allen Meadows (Burghound): "(<25% whole clusters). This is aromatically quite similar to the Chambolle "1er" but with slightly less wood in evidence. There is better mid-palate density to the punchy and solidly powerful middleweight flavors that also conclude in a decidedly firm, compact and built-to-finish. This is really quite good, but it too is going to need extended forbearance before it will be ready for prime-time drinking. Drink: 2033+. (Jan 2023)"
